On October 30, 2016 at approximately 3:53 a.m. police received information a person was smashing windows at Goodwill Industries, 255 Horton St.
Upon arrival police determined a number of windows had in fact been damaged. A male was located on scene and arrested.
As a result of further investigation a 59 year old London man was charged with one count of Mischief Over $5000 contrary to section 430(3) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
