On January 9, 2014, at 11:35 p.m., the Guelph Police attended to a variety store located on Woolwich Street for the report that the front glass door was smashed. Police located the responsible male a short distance away and he was arrested. It is alleged that the male smashed the window portion of the door and broke the door knob.
A 16-year-old Guelph male has been charged with mischief under $5,000 and two counts of breach probation. He is held in custody pending a bail hearing on January 10, 2014.
