Barrie Police were called to the South Shore community center for a report of a mischief to the building.
A custodian called Police to report several windows had been smashed around the building, resulting in damage totalling almost $16,000
Police are retrieving video surveillance and are continuing the investigation.
Witnesses are asked to contact the Barrie Police Service with any information.
