Minnie Street Drug Bust

Wingham Police Service, with the assistance of the London Detachment of the RCMP and the Saugeen Shores Police Service K-9 Unit, executed a search warrant on a Minnie Street residence in Wingham. In the residence police located Marijuana, Methamphetamine, Oxycodone, Dilaudid, Ecstasy and a prohibited weapon. As a result of the search a 33 year old Wingham man faces five charges of possession a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking in and one charge of possession of a prohibited weapon. A 25 year old Wingham man was also charged with possession of a controlled substance. The men will appear in Wingham Court on March 18th, 2010.
