(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) On Friday January 28, 2011, around 6:30 p.m., a motor vehicle was stopped at an OPP R.I.D.E. program in Monkton. The female driver was administered a roadside breath test which she failed. She was transported to the North Perth OPP detachment in Listowel where she provided breath samples into the Intoxilyzer.
Michelle Churchill (36) from Woodstock was charged with operating a motor vehicle with over 80 mgs. of alcohol in 100 ml of blood. She is scheduled to appear in Listowel criminal court on March 03, 2011 to answer to this charge. She was also served a 90 day drivers licence suspension, and her vehicle has been impounded for 7 days.
