(WALKERTON, ON) On January 20, 2013 at 1:49 am, a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along Durham Street East in Walkerton stopped a Maroon Chevrolet Blazer. The officer found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. 42 year old Michael RUSH of Carrick Township has been charged with Operate over 80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in court on February 4, 2013 to answer to the charge.
