Michael PRYSTASZ – 130 in a 60

(GUELPH, ON) -On Thursday July 4th 2013, at approximately 8:22am, Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Constable Richard De Villiers was conducting stationary radar on Highway 6 (Hanlon) and Wellington Street in the City of Guelph. A 2001 Oldsmobile Intrigue was observed travelling Northbound at a high rate of speed. The male driver of the motor vehicle was locked in the radar travelling at 130 km/h in a 60 km/h zone.

Michael PRYSTASZ age 37 of Guelph is charged with Race a Motor Vehicle. His driver’s licence and vehicle were seized for a period of 7 days as per statute. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Court on the 21St of August 2013 to answer to the charge.
