(Ottawa) On Wednesday September 11, 2013, the Ottawa Police Service, Sexual Assault & Child Abuse Section, charged an Ottawa man after a report of a Sexual Assault.
On August 20, 2013, police officers responded to a call of Criminal Harassment and Sexual Assault, in the 100 block of Augusta Street, in the City of Ottawa. When the officers arrived, they met with the victim who advised that she had been sexually assaulted by a male who was known to her. The victim also related the circumstances of ongoing harassment by the same male.
Michael Paul RYAN, 48 years old, of Ottawa is charged with Sexual Assault, Criminal Harassment, Break and Enter with Intent, Threats, and Mischief Under $5000.00. The accused is scheduled to appear in court this morning.
