Michael Hector – Drunk In Public

(WALKERTON, ON) On March 2, 2013 at 12:11 pm, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a suspicious male staggering along the sidewalk on Durham Street East in Walkerton. Officers located the man and found that he was very intoxicated. 58 year old Michael HECTOR of Toronto was arrested and charged with Being intoxicated in a public place.
