On December 8, 2012 Guelph Police received an anonymous 911 call indicating that an intoxicated male got into a black Toyota Tundra and left a drinking establishment on Victoria Road South.
Police attended to the area and located the vehicle on Auden Road where Police activated their emergency lights. The vehicle continued northbound for approximately one kilometer before stopping. In speaking to the driver it was determined he was impaired and he was arrested.
Michael DUCHENE, 42 years of Guelph was charged with impaired driving and drive over 80mg. He will appear in court on December 18, 2012.
