(BRUCE TWP, ON) – On February 8, 2018, members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Community Street Crimes Unit (CSCU) Grey-Bruce, West Region OPP Emergency Response Team (ERT), West Region OPP Canine Unit and South Bruce OPP officers executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant at a property in the 3900 block of Highway 21 in Bruce Township.
As a result of the execution of the search warrant, police seized methamphetamine. The estimated value of the seized controlled substance is $2,770.00.
Police also seized offence related property that consisted of trafficking paraphernalia, cash and a vacuum sealer. The value of the seized property is estimated to be worth more than $8,400.
Forty-nine-year old Jamie CAMPBELL of Bruce Township was charged with possess a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking. He was held in custody pending the result of a bail
Thirty-two-year old Kody KANE of Stratford was charged with possess a controlled substance and fail to comply with probation. He was held in custody pending the result of a bail hearing.
Thirty-two-year old Katelyn KOURY of Brockton was charged with possess a controlled substance. She is scheduled to appear in court on March 14, 2018 to answer to the charge.
