On Thursday July 20th, 2017 the Owen Sound Police Service Drug Unit, with the assistance of the Criminal Investigations Branch, arrested a 44 year old male during an investigation into methamphetamine trafficking.
The male was arrested outside of an east side motel and found to be in possession of methamphetamine and hydromorphone. A search warrant was executed on a motel room the male had been living at resulting in additional methamphetamine and evidence of drug trafficking being located. The value of the drugs seized was $3400.00.
Andrew TRELFORD, 44 years of Owen Sound was held in custody for a bail hearing on July 21 st charged with Possession of Methamphetamine for the purpose of trafficking and Possession of Hydromorphone for the purpose of trafficking.
