A second man has been arrested in connection with the Wingham Library break and enter. Police obtained a warrant for 33 year old Troy Billings of no fixed address. He was arrested yesterday in Wingham. Billings faces a list of charges including Transportation Fraud, Break and Enter, Possession of Methamphetamine for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of a Prohibited Weapon and several Breach of Probation charges. Billings is to appear in court on February 9th to answer to the charges.

Police report that the incident involving the Wingham Library reported to the media yesterday has been resolved. One arrest has been made and a second suspect remains at large with a warrant being sought.
23 year old Cody Priestep of Wingham faces charges of Break and Enter and Theft and he is to appear in Wingham Court on March 8th.
