(TOWNSHIP OF PERTH EAST, ON) – On Thursday, March 9, 2017, the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau (OCEB) – Drug Enforcement Unit, with the assistance of the West Region Emergency Response Team (ERT), Perth County OPP and Stratford Police Service executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant at a residence located on Road 119, in the Township of Perth East, Perth County, Ontario.
As a result of the execution of the first search warrant, police seized methamphetamine, cocaine, suboxone pills, and cannabis marihuana. The estimated, combined street value of the seized controlled substances is $17,750.
Police also seized offence related property that consisted of drug trafficking paraphernalia and $3,050 cash.
Jamie WEBER, 56 years of age from Perth East and Annmarie WEBER, 56 years of age from Perth East are charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Suboxone and Marihuana for the Purposes of Trafficking. They are both also charged with Possession of Cocaine.
Paul FULLER, 45 years of age from Perth East and Shaelyn FOWLER, 24 years of age from Stratford are both charged with Possession of Methamphetamine for the Purposes of Trafficking.
All four remain in custody with bail hearings scheduled for today at the Ontario Court of Justice – Stratford.
