(WELLINGTON NORTH TOWNSHIP, ON) – On August 3, 2015 at approximately 2:00 p.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers spoke with two occupants of a 2004 Chevrolet that pulled in to a parking lot on Main Street South, Mount Forest. During the investigation police located and seized suspected methamphetamine. A male was arrested and taken to a local OPP Operations Centre.
30-year-old Ian MCPHERSON of Chatsworth has been charged with Possession of Methamphetamine contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on September 25, 2015 to answer to the charge.
