(WELLINGTON NORTH TOWNSHIP, ON) – On October 16, 2015 at approximately 8:26 a.m., uniform members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) along with the Street Crime Unit (SCU) and the Emergency Response Team (ERT) executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) warrant at an apartment located Wellington Street East in Mount Forest, Wellington North Township.
Police seized a quantity of methamphetamine, marihuana, assorted drug paraphernalia, cash and a replica hand gun.
39-year-old Paul SMYTH of Wellington North Township has been charged with Possession of Marihuana Under 30 Grams and Possession of Methamphetamine for the Purpose of Trafficking contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
34-year-old Gordon KOSTAL of Wellington North Township has been charged with Possession of Marihuana Under 30 Grams, Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Methamphetamine for the Purpose of Trafficking contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
39-year-old Pamela SCHIECKOFF of Wellington North Township has been charged with Possession of Methamphetamine for the Purpose of Trafficking contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, Fail to Comply with Recognizance and Fail to Comply with Probation Order contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
All were held for a Bail Hearing.
