(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) – On Thursday, November 24th, 2016, the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau – Drug Enforcement Unit, West Region Emergency Response Team, Perth County Property Crimes Unit, and Perth County OPP executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant at a residence on Elizabeth Street, in Listowel.
As a result of the execution of the search warrant, Police seized methamphetamine, cannabis marihuana. The estimated, combined street value of the seized controlled substances is $260.00. Police also seized offence related property that consisted drug trafficking paraphernalia and 2 prohibited weapons.
Police arrested and have charged the following persons with the following offences:
44-year-old Louis POIRIER of the Municipality of North Perth;
Possession of methamphetamine and marihuana.

37-year-old Clinton HODDER of the Municipality of North Perth;
Possession of methamphetamine and marihuana.

27-year-old Kodey PITMAN of the Municipality of North Perth;
Possession of methamphetamine and marihuana.

31-year-old Tracey-Lynn DUNCAN of Kitchener;
Possession of methamphetamine and marihuana.

Fail to comply with probation order (3 counts)
All persons were released on a Promise to Appear, and an Officer in Charge Undertaking. They are scheduled to Appear at the Listowel Criminal Court of Justice on December 21, 2016, to answer to the charges.
