Methamphetamine Bust – FLEMING

(TOWNSHIP OF PILKINGTON, ON) – On August 11, 2019, at approximately 3:00 a.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a single vehicle collision at the intersection of Second Line and Side Road 4 near Elora. It was reported that a vehicle had lost control, struck the ditch and caught on fire. Emergency services responded and the lone occupant was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Within the damaged vehicle, officer’s observed a quantity of cocaine and meth along with a number drug trafficking equipment.

As a result of the investigation, Brendan William FLEMING, 34-years-old of Fergus has been charged with Possession of Methamphetamine (Crystal Meth) for the Purpose of Trafficking, two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth and Cocaine) and Driving while Suspended. The accused was scheduled to appear in the Ontario court of justice – Guelph on September 10, 2019.
