Melissa Albrecht – 145 In an 90 – Vehicle Impounded

(HURON EAST, ON) – On September 9, 2012 at 1:20 p.m. a Huron OPP officer was conducting moving RADAR patrol on McNaught Line when a grey Honda Accord was observed traveling southbound at a high rate of speed. The officer activated the RADAR and a speed of 145 km/h was obtained; 55 km/h above the posted 90km/h speed limit.

Melissa ALBRECHT, age 25, from London, ON has been issued a summons for “Racing a motor vehicle”. She is scheduled to appear in Provincial Offences Act Court – Goderich on November 6, 2012. Her driver’s licence has been suspended for seven days and her motor vehicle has been impounded for seven days.
