(TOWNSHIP OF PERTH EAST, ON) On Monday, November 26, 2012, a Perth County OPP officer stopped a car on Hwy 8, east of Shakespeare. While speaking with the driver the officer detected an odour of an alcoholic beverage on his breath. The driver failed a roadside breath test and was transported to Stratford Police Service, where he also failed Intoxilyzer breath tests.
