(TOWNSHIP OF CHATSWORTH, ON) – On August 17, 2016 at approximately 11:01 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a 2001 Ford F250 pick-up truck on Hwy. 10 in the Township of Chatsworth after observing the vehicle weaving within its lane and at times crossing over the centre line.
The driver, who had been drinking alcohol, failed to provide a suitable sample of his breath into an approved roadside screening device, despite being cautioned as to the consequences by the officer.
25-year old Matthew MILLER-FRASER of the Municipality of Grey Highlands was charged with failing/refusing to provide breath sample.
He is scheduled to appear in court on September 1, 2016 in Owen Sound.
