Matthew Horner – Drugs, Drive While Under Suspension

(BLUEWATER, ON) – On December 31, 2011 just before 3:00 p.m. Huron County OPP officers conducted a R.I.D.E (Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere) check stop on Airport Line in Bluewater, ON. A driver stopped at the R.I.D.E. and officers discovered a quantity of an illicit drug in the vehicle. Matthew HORNER, aged 28 of South Huron, ON has been charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Driving Under Suspension. He will answer to the charges at the Ontario Court of Justice- Exeter on March 5, 2012.
