Mark Hogan & David Jacobs – Trafficking Methamphetamine and Marijuana

(CENTRE WELLINGTON, ON) On January 31, 2013 at 9:40pm, County of Wellington OPP officers were conducting a RIDE spot check on Highway 6 at Wellington st, outside of Guelph. While officers were speaking with the occupants of a 1995 Ford Pickup, the male passenger ran from the vehicle into the city of Guelph. Guelph Police were notified and located the male and returned him to the scene.

Investigation revealed the males were possession of a quantity of marijuana and methamphetamine.

Mark Hogan, age 34 and David Jacobs age 24 both of Guelph have been charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Marijuana, and Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Methamphetamine, both contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. They are scheduled to appear in Guelph court on March 19, 2013 to answer to the charges.
