(KINCARDINE, ON.) – On July 3rd, 2010 at 6:35 pm, a South Bruce OPP officer was on patrol along Harbour Street when a vehicle squealed its tires as it pulled out in front of the police cruiser. The car was stopped and the driver was found to have been drinking alcohol. 54 year old Marcus Wadsworth of Kincardine is charged with Operate over 80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on August 23, 2010 to answer to the charge.
