On January 20, 2014 at 5:13 p.m., the Guelph Police received a complaint about a possible impaired driver. Police located the vehicle in the area of Stone Road and College Avenue. A traffic stop was conducted and the male driver spoken to. He was subsequently arrested for impaired driving and transported to the Guelph Police station where he failed to provide the required breath samples.
Marc David VILLENEUVE, 44 years of Guelph has been charged with impaired driving and refuse to provide breath sample. He will appear in court on January 31, 2014.
