On January 14, 2014, at 12:30 a.m., the Guelph Police observed a vehicle driving erratically on Stone Road West. A traffic stop was conducted and the male driver spoken too. It was determined that he was intoxicated and he was arrested.
Manmohan CHOPRA, 33 years of Guelph, has been charged with impaired driving and drive over 80mg. He will appear in court on January 28, 2014.
