On February 1st 2015 at 215pm Police received a report of a male with a handgun at the intersection of King St N and William St in Waterloo. Police located the man shortly after at the skating rink in front of Waterloo Town Square where he was arrested without incident. The male was searched after being arrested and Police located a black imitation pellet handgun in his waistband. The 52 year old Kitchener man is facing charges of Breaching a Court Order, Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose and Carrying a Concealed Weapon. The man was held in custody and is due in court on February 2nd 2015.
