On Sunday January 4, 2015 a Barrie cab driver attended the Barrie Police Service with a highly intoxicated male fare that had been picked up in the downtown core that was unable to inform the cabbie where he wanted to be taken.
Officers attempted to assist in locating a family member that was willing to care for the male however the male was to intoxicated to assist.
As a result the 24 year old male was arrested for his own safety and held inn the cells till sober.
