On Monday, January 25th and Monday February 1st, 2016 at approximately 3:30 p.m.,both dates, an unknown male ran towards two children walking home along Meadowlark Road in the township of Elmira. The children ran away both times and got home safely. The male is described as approximately 20 year old white male wearing a black, thigh length coat. It is unknown what the motive of the unknown males actions were however, police are requesting anyone with information concerning the identity of this person to contact Waterloo Regional Police Service at 519-653-7700 ext. 4320.
