(ESSEX, ON) – On June 13, 2017 at approximately 9:00 p.m. Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a single motor vehicle collision on Cherry Street in Essex, Ontario where a Chevrolet had struck a pole.
In speaking with the involved driver of the vehicle, the man exhibited signs of impairment and was arrested by police.

The man’s drivers’ licence has been suspended and his vehicle impounded as per the regulations of the Highway Traffic Act of Ontario.
