The Owen Sound Police and Emergency Services personnel responded to an incident in the 1300 Block of 4th Avenue East, regarding a male who had fallen from a third floor window.
The 62 year old man was visiting and consuming alcohol with an acquaintance, in the residential attic apartment, when his presence became unwelcome due to his intoxicated behaviour. The tenant left to call police from a nearby payphone, during which time he fell from the attic to the ground below.
The male was transported to hospital with undetermined, non-life threatening injuries.
