Man Exposes Himself Then Flees On Bicycle

The London Police Service is investigating an incident of a male performing an indecent act in the open area bordered by the Thames River on the south, Adelaide Street on the west, Trafalgar Street on the north, and Egerton Street on the east.

At about 1:00pm on June 21, a male was seen laying in the grass in the area. Shortly thereafter, four females were walking in the area when they observed the male waving to them; he then unzipped his pants and exposed himself to them. After doing so, he left the area riding a red and white bicycle.

The male is described as Caucasian with a dark tan, 40 to 60 years old, with a thin build and missing teeth. He is balding on the top of his head, with short grey hair on the sides and a grey beard, wearing blue capri jeans and no shirt.
