The Chatham-Kent police have arrested a man for breaching his release conditions.
On July 26, 2014 the man was released from custody pending several conditions. One of those conditions stated that he was to report to the local Probation Office no later than 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
On July 28, 2014, the man failed to attend the Chatham Probation and Parole Office as required.
Last night, just before midnight, officers located the man on Wallace Street in Wallaceburg. The 39-year-old Chatham man has been charged with failing to comply. He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
