The Chatham-Kent police have arrested a man for breaching his release conditions. The man is currently bound by several conditions, one being to remain in his residence on Donalda Drive at all times unless in the presence of his surety.
Last night, around 6:50 p.m. police attended a residence on Woods Street in Chatham and the man was present without his surety. The 23-year-old man was arrested and has been charged with failing to comply. He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
