The Chatham-Kent police have arrested a man in connection with a domestic related incident.
On October 21, 2013 the man entered into a Probation Order with several conditions. One of those conditions stated that he was to abstain from communicating or associating with a specific Wallaceburg woman. Another condition stated that he was not to attend the woman’s residence or place of employment.
Yesterday morning, around 11:30 a.m. the man attended the woman’s residence requesting money. The woman did not allow him entry into her home and spoke to him through a window. As the man left, he threatened to harm the woman.
Around 1:30 p.m. police located the man and he was arrested. The 27-year-old Wallaceburg man has been charged with two counts of failing to comply and one count of uttering threats. He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
