The Chatham-Kent police have arrested a man in connection with a disturbance last night in Chatham.
On December 12, 2013 the man entered into a Peace Bond with conditions not to associate or communicate with a specific Chatham woman or attended within 50 meters of her residence.
Last night around 11:30 p.m. police responded to a verbal disturbance on Mary Street. At this time, the officers found the man and woman arguing in an apartment.
The 21-year-old Chatham man was arrested and has been charged with disobeying a court order. He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
