The Chatham-Kent police have arrested a man following a break and enter early this morning in Chatham.
Around 12:30 a.m. the man entered a building on Grand Avenue East and removed several recycled electronic items. The man left the property travelling on foot eastbound with the property in a grocery cart. Officers flooded the area and located the man.
Ambese Ayana, 36 years, of Grand Avenue East in Chatham was arrested and charged with break and enter and possession of property obtained by a crime under $5000. He was released with conditions pending a future court date.
