The Chatham-Kent police have arrested a man following the report of a suspicious person early this morning.
Just before 3:00 a.m., police responded to the C.M. Wilson Conservation Area on Fargo Road in regards to a suspicious person. Fresh foot prints were observed in the park area. Officers located a man and through investigation determined that he had entered four trailers. Approximately $40 worth of property was stolen.
The 44-year-old Chatham man was arrested and charged with four counts of break and enter. He remains in police custody this morning.
