The Chatham-Kent police have arrested a man for failing to comply with his release conditions.
Around 1:00 a.m. this morning, officers responded to a disturbance on Keil Drive South near Park Avenue West in Chatham. Upon police arrival, officers located the man and learned that he was currently bound by a daily curfew of 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Officers further determined that he was not residing on Harvey Street as per his recognizance.
The 29-year-old Chatham man has been charged with two counts of failing to comply. He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
