The Chatham-Kent police have arrested a man following a disturbance in Chatham.
Just before 2:30 p.m. yesterday afternoon, officers responded to a man harassing others on Grand Avenue East. A man was found to be intoxicated and unable to care for himself. Officers arrested the man for his own safety.
The 64-year-old Chatham man was held in custody until sober and charged accordingly.
