The Chatham-Kent police have arrested a man following a family dispute.
Yesterday afternoon, police responded to a residence on the north side of Chatham. At this time, a woman reported that she had been assaulted by a male family member. The woman was transported to the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance as a precaution.
A 50-year-old Chatham man has been charged with assault. He was released with conditions pending a future court date.
