(TOWNSHIP OF PERTH EAST, ON) – The Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (O.P.P.) has laid 34 charges in relation to sexual assaults on eight male victims. The alleged incident reportedly occurred between 1990 and 2015.
54-year-old Thomas LUCKHART from the Township of Perth East has been charged with the following Criminal Code of Canada offences:
– Sexual Assault on person under 16 years of age X16
– Sexual Interference with a person under 16 years of age X15
– Sexual Exploitation of a young person X3
On July 17, 2015, the male was arrested and was held for a bail hearing at the Provincial Court of Justice in Stratford on July 20, 2015. He was remanded into custody until July 27, 2015, to answer to the charges.
