(Ottawa)- In the mid-afternoon of December 2, 2013, the Ottawa Police Service responded to an emergency call in the 800 block of Somerset Street West.
The investigation revealed that during a dispute with someone he knows, the 48 year-old victim sustained non life-threatening cuts to the upper body.
The suspect, Arnold Saulteaux, 49 years old, of Ottawa, was arrested in the evening of December 2, 2013. He was charged with:
1- Assault with a weapon
2- Assault causing bodily harm
3- Aggravated Assault
4- Possession of a weapon
He will appear in the Ottawa court on December 3, 2013.
