On October 4, 2014 the man was released from custody with several conditions. The man agreed to reside at a residence on Park Avenue in Chatham and abstain from communication with a specific woman.
Yesterday afternoon, police responded to a domestic disturbance between the man and woman. Through investigation, police further learned that the man had moved.
The 27-year-old Chatham man has been charged with two counts of failing to comply. He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
