On the 5th of November 2014 the Chatham-Kent Police located a 31 year old Chatham man who was wanted for violating his release conditions. The 31 year old man from Chatham was located in the area of Orchard Heights Drive and transported to headquarters. He was later released with a future court date and an additional charge of failing to comply with the conditions of his undertaking contrary to section 145 (5.1) of the criminal code
