The Chatham-Kent Police have arrested a man wanted on an outstanding warrant.
On November 4, 2013, a man was observed stealing a silver car from a business on Dufferin Avenue in Wallaceburg. Through investigation, police located the vehicle in Tilbury. Attempts were made to locate the man, however when unsuccessful, a warrant for theft under $5000 and possession of property obtained by a crime under $5000 was issued for his arrest.
Yesterday morning, police located the 24-year-old man of no fixed address and he was arrested. He was transported to our local Court House pending a bail hearing.
