Halton Regional Police Service have arrested and charged a 21 year old male with Manslaughter in relation to an assault at Maplehurst correctional facility in Milton.
The victim and accused were inmates and an assault occurred on May 5th, 2016 which ultimately lead to the death of the victim in hospital on May 14th.
Homicide detectives commenced an investigation and as a result Emmanuel Blowes-Serrata, 21 years was arrested September 28th, 2016 at his residence in Etobicoke.
He appeared at Milton Court September 29th,2016.
