Man Arrested For Four Bank Robberies

On May 27, 2015 a 34 year old Cambridge man was arrested in connection with four bank robberies that occurred in Waterloo Region. The male was charged with four counts of Robbery, four counts of Disguise with Intent and several drug related offences. He was held in custody pending a show cause hearing. The Waterloo Regional Police Service would like to thank the public and the media for their assistance.

On April 24th, 2015, at approximately 2:50 pm, the CIBC Bank on King St. East in Cambridge was robbed by an unidentified male. The male is described as Caucasian, 18-25 years old, 6 feet tall and 140 lbs. At the time of the robbery he was wearing a black toque, with a grey and red scarf covering his mouth, a green and yellow striped hoody and dark pants. The male made off with an undisclosed amount of money. There were no injuries.
