On Monday July 25, 2016, just shortly after 12:00am, Hamilton Police officers responded for a break and enter in progress at the Canadian Liquids Processors Limited, located at 15 Biggar Avenue.
It was indicated that a man gained entry into the business and began to hide after he learned employees were still present.
Officers arrived at the business and located a man who was trying to conceal himself behind some skids. The man was arrested and contents belonging to the business were later recovered.
CHARGED: Lawrence White, a 32 year old man from Hamilton
CHARGES: Break and Enter – Commit, Posession Under $5,000, Disobey Court Order
Lawrence will appear before the courts and his bail has been opposed.
