(CITY OF GUELPH, ON) – On Friday, December 28, 2012 at approximately 1:34 pm, Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a call regarding a single motor vehicle collision on Highway 6 southbound, just north of College Avenue in the City of Guelph. Police spoke with the driver involved and discovered that she had been drinking. The driver was transported to Guelph General Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Malgorzata Siekierska aged 52 of Guelph has been charged with Over 80mgs and Impaired Driving contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. She is scheduled to appear in Guelph court on January 25, 2013 to answer to the charges.
